DESCRIPTION:Join Angelica at the Annex for storytime style family yoga! 
 This series of three sessions\, on the first Wednesday of the month in 
 December\, January\, and February is for children ages 3-9 with a 
 caregiver.  Angelica Lopez is a 500-hour trauma-informed yoga instructor 
 who discovered yoga as a child. Her lifelong relationship with the practice 
 inspires her work supporting others through gentle\, accessible yoga 
 experiences. Register for any or all sessions of this program in person at 
 the library\, by calling 413-527-1031\, or by emailing 
 youthdept@ewmlibrary.org. Bring yoga mats if you have them.
