Yoga for (People with) Chronic Pain In-Person
Brian Mulligan offers Yoga for people with chronic pain. A blending of poses, breathing techniques, meditation and positive thinking.
Participants should be able to get up and down off the floor, chairs can be used as assistance.
Folding chairs will be provided. Please BYO Yoga Mats!
No registration required, participation may be limited if demand outstrips space constraints. First come, first served.
